Called virgin today to cancel back up line .

was asked for bank account and sort code which I refused 

therefore call abandoned

I can see that you have another thread in relation to this matter and can see that this has been responded to.

Politely, we ask posters to refrain from posting the same issue over multiple threads, to ensure that multiple agents don't work on the post and sequently, their account.
