Cancelling an engineers appointent

Hi can I cancel my engineers appointment as builders will be here for a few days?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums. 

You can cancel your appointment yourself via your My Virgin Media app, you can access this via your My Appointments and Orders.

Hi Ashleigh_C, I tried that and it said contact yourselves, I've just tried again and it say's "Sorry we have a problem".

Hi Ashleigh_C, Tried again through the app, and now says I have no orders or appointments to cancel and yet it still appears in my account, can you please cancel for me.
