Cancelling a landline phone

My current contract has two landline phones.  I want to cancel one that I no longer use.  How can I do that. Calling 150 etc. gets me nowhere.

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I am sorry that you're having issues making a package change to remove one of your landlines from your account, 

 

I am sorry but we're unable to assist with package changes or disconnection requests via our Community forums - there should be no reason as to why our teams on 150/03454541111 can't assist you with your request when you call. Please select option option 4 from the main cable menu and then option 2

 

You can also pop us a text on 07533051809 and the team will be more than happy to assist - they aim to reply within 24-48 hours.
