Cancelled services, Broadband, Tivo and landline when Virginmedia contract finished 14th June 2022. Was told by the new broadbrand provider to keep the landline and telephone number active so they could take it over. We had to cancel the services with the new broadband provider within a week as their services were poor didn't deliver what they promised. Now I find out that Virginmedia are still charging me for the landline, when we haven't used it since the contract finished back in June. I spoke to Virginmedia billing dept, to make sure I don't get billed anymore for something we no longer use, they cancelled the landline, but I still have to pay two lots of £27 plus they already billed me £27 in what I though was my last bill. Needless to say I am not happy about this. Tried to find the UK number for Virginmedia's customer services, no luck. Hope I can find help here.

Hi Hayley
Thank you for your help. I was promised to have a refund from your complaints dept and I chased it up with online chat but I've not received any refunds and it's been at least a month.
Regards
John

Thanks for coming back to us @islandhoppers, and I'm sorry to hear a refund has not been issued.
I understand that you have previously been chatting to a member of our team, who has since sadly left the business.
Not to worry though, I'd be happy to pick this up for you, and discuss via our private messaging function.
Check out the purple envelope in the top right hand corner for my message.
Kindest regards,
David_Bn
