Hi.

I have an answering machine that I would prefer to use over the free voicemail. My voicemail currently picks up after 10 rings which is just before the answering machine picks up. Ideally I'd like to set a longer voicemail delay (12-15 rings) but I believe 10 is the maximum. If the delay can't be increased I'd like to switch off the voicemail service completely. The voicemail help page suggests I can do this via the 1571 voicemail menu but there is no option to disable the service. I called 150 a couple of weeks ago and asked that the service be switched off but it is still active.

How do I disable this service (or set delay > 10 rings)??

I will pop you a PM now so we can clear security and we can then either extend your rings to the maximum of 10 or remove the free voicemail service altogether, whatever you prefer.

As the number of rings can not be extended above 10, I have removed the free voicemail feature for you.
