I have spent a lot of time trying to cancel an engineer appointment. Phoning is useless these days. Tried digital help - no response from agent . Then retried SMS. Came back with request to use WhatsApp. I do not have WhatsApp. It is impossible to get the Virgin AI to understand this. In all unbelievable hassle.
