You can see any appointments you have on your online account or via our My Virgin Media app. There is a guide on how to manage your appointments and deliveries here as well should you need. You should be able to see your appointments on your account dashboard. If your issue was because of an area outage, then your appointment might have been automatically cancelled as the fault was a wider issue.
