Good morning
I have recently updated my landline with the new adaptor on 31st August and all is working ok.
I am trying to cancel an engineer's appointment I have booked for 5th Septembet but cannot find anywhere to do this, as it is not showing on the Virgin Media App.
Please could you give me some advice on how to easily cancel the appointment.

Thanks for your help and for the link, but nothing is showing there. I received a text this morning inviting me to keep or reschedule but no cancel option was given so there's definitely something booked.
Is there a way you could cancel this for me please 🙏
