Can't report a fault online or by phone. What next?

I have no dial tone on my phone.  When I try to report it online and book an engineer I am told to phone.  When I phone I am told to look online.  What kind of crazy nonsense is this?  Does anyone know how I can actually report a fault and get my line fixed?

Re: Can't report a fault online or by phone. What next?

If you can't get through to the call centre on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response, but it may take a day or two at present. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.

Alternatively you can wait here for a response from the forum team, which may also take a day or two.

I'll also move this thread to the home phone board.
