I've am unable to create a new online Virgin Media account. I enter the home phone account details and my registration details but then always get the same message - "Sorry we are not able to set up your My Virgin Media account at the moment. Please try again later.....". I've tried later many times but it's always the same. I have also tried using different browsers and devices but still the same. It looks like this is a common problem on this forum but I can't see any solution. Can anone help please?
Thanks for getting back to me. I'm a Virgin mobile customer only but I'm trying to set up a new account for my mother-in-law who is a long time Virgin home phone customer. So, yes, the service is installed.
