Can't receive calls from mobiles

My brothers house phone

He can ring out OK to landline or mobile

Mobile calling in (O2) gets an invalid number & single beeps

Ringing in from same mobile but putting 0044 1st & it works?

Ringing in from a BT landline OK

Thanks for your post 

Sorry to hear about your brothers house phone

The way I understand is only an O2 mobile calling in has this issue 

Every other Mobile calling in is okay 

And no issues calling out 

If that is the case it may be worthwhile contacting the O2 Community 

And raising this issue with them

Hi Thanks for your reply, Other calls from a Lebara mobile (Vodaphone) are not getting through.

Do you have to enter 0044 on these aswell 

Does your brother have any features on his phone that may stop any calls getting through 

We do want to take a look in to this, 

To do this need account access and to be speaking direct to the account holder

He's only been with Virgin a short while...Apparently some folk can't get through from a landline either, will get him to contact Virgin directly tomorrow.

Hi All,

He contacted Virgin this morning and there was some sort of issue with his line that they were able to resolve and all good at present.

Hopefully the end of the story.

Hope you all have a great Christmas.
