Can't receive calls and can't report

Hi, can I jump on the wagon of not being able to receive calls? We've no dial tone and when anyone rings us they get a busy signal. There was work in our area a few days again and since then the dial tone has vanished. 

I went through the online help but nothing worked and when it came to the button "can't receive calls" it just redirects me back to the "fix landline" menu in a circular loop that stops me getting anywhere. 

Is there a way of actually reporting a problem? Thanks.
