Hi, my mum can't make calls from her virgin landline. It is receiving calls fine and has a dial tone. However as soon as you try and ring any number a message tells s you numbwr not recognised. Its been like this for a couple of weeks. I have tried a different phone, unplugged and replugged in, and it's the same. Any help appreciated please.

I am sorry to hear that your mum is having some issues with the land line.

Could you pop her postcode in here please to check for any known area issues that may be causing this?

Hi Vikki, thanks for your message. I had done that check earlier but did it again and says no errors in area. Broadband and tv is working fine and she can receive calls.
