Our Virgin media landline has no dialling tone and we can't get hold of virgin media to arrange a call out?

I'm sorry to see that you are having issues with your landline having no dial tone, I would recommend checking our service page here to see if this is due to any known network issues. You can also sign into the page with your My VM details to run a fault test.
