Our dial tone has sounded intermittent since we got the service, but now it's more stuttering and we can't dial out at all. No messages via 1571.
The online check shows no errors.
Any ideas before I call for an engineer?

I can see that you've been able to speak to our team to discuss your landline services.
Has this now all been resolved or is the issue still on going?
This has been resolved now thank you: took two engineer visits, and needed the main cabinet opening so I doubt I could have fixed it myself.
