We had our phone connected to the hub yesterdays and it worked fine, today we can call out from the home phone and people can call in from other landlines, but no mobile can call in, we've tried different mobile networks and it's all the same, it worked fine when we still had a dial tone on the old phone line but that no longer works, any ideas?

Sorry to hear of the issues with the landline services Steve1077,
Can you please confirm if you've been able to perform a basic reboot on the hub, or possibly even a pin hole reset on the hub since this fault occurred?

Seems to be working now, maybe it takes a while after the switch?
