Can't book an appointment

The link is broken and so can't book an engineer for the phone upgrade

Got an email this morning ref my landline beening converted over the fibre line. When i press the link to book an engineer it comes back and says the link is broken.

Thanks for explaining Sturon30

It will be because we are switching off our Copper Lines in the very near future

We are unable to book you in from here as its done by a specialist team 

Nearer towards the time we will get back in touch by landline or mobile to arrange the switch over
