Hi Alex, the problem continues today. When we call the number from our mobiles there is no sound whatsoever, it's the VM online test that says it's engaged. Unfortunately we don't have another handset to try.
I've gone ahead and scheduled the soonest visit from an engineer. You will find confirmation and can reschedule via your online account (virg.in/myVM) - if there are cancellations we may be able to get there sooner.
