You and your mum can call 0345 454 1111 choose option 1, 4 then 2 to remove services. With permission from your mum, you can explain the situation for her but she will need to be with you and hop on the call to ask to remove services as shes the account holder. If you feel apprehensive about the call queues then the best time to ring would be 8am in the morning, this is our quietest time.
