Hi All, 

Currently redecorating the house. Don't want to put old fashioned cables for the landline. Can I opt for 21cv? If so how?

Thanks for posting on our community forum!

We’ll send an adapter in the post once we're ready to get you upgraded to 21CV. You’ll need this to connect your home phone to your WiFi Hub so you can make and receive phone calls over our fibre network.

All you need to do is plug in an adapter to the back of your Hub to connect your phone. You’ll need to do this on the dates we send you once your letter arrives.

We're gradually migrating everyone over to 21CV.

Thanks for the response. Is there anyway of expediting it. I dont mind paying for the adapter. 

Or at least how to find out when the rollout will happen in my area. If its not too long I could wait. Just a pain to run cables behind the walls when they will be defunct in 3 years time.

Unfortunately we're not able to tell when your area will be available for this, it wouldn't be an option to pay for the adapter to speed up the process sorry.
