Can I use a DECT phone on Virgin Homephone line

I am planning to move my BT home phone line to Virgin Home phone. I wanted to check if I can use my existing ( recently purchased ) Gigaset DECT C570 with 3 handsets on the Virgin Home phone line.

Hey @renjicc,

You should be able to use your handset with our lines, if your services are installed and the line is via your hub, the engineer will provide you with an adapter to plug this into the back of your hub, which will let you plug the phone in.

Re: Can I use a DECT phone on Virgin Homephone line

I am an Broadband customer for last 7 years with a Home Hub 3.0, so the moment the phone line is active it should be a simple case of connecting the phone line using RG-45 connector to the phone line port on the hub, right?

Thanks

Yes @renjicc that's right, once the time comes you would just need to plug the phone into the back of the hub with adapter and you will be able to use your phone.
