Service status checker says "The test results were inconclusive" and tells me to phone CS.
I'm now 50 minutes into a "call" and have still not been connected to anyone who can help. Apparently I'm on hold (30+ minutes) for the secondary technical dept because the first dept I was connected to say they cannot see a problem. I have no idea if the department is even working this late - am I just running up a cellphone bill for nothing?
My phone is completely dead. No dial tone from either handset and if I try and call my number from my mobile there is no dial tone/ringing at all.
Why on earth can I not report this online?
