My landline hasn't worked in ages. As nobody rings me on it(as i give out my mobile as my main contact) and it would involve an engineer visit to fix. I haven't bothered with it. Now virgin sent me a letter than the copper phone lines are being decommissioned starting the end of this year(5/12/23 according to letter/email) and they will send me an adaptor for my router. I bought an adaptor off Amazon, just to see if the functionality was already there(it wasnt). So I was wondering if i can be switched over early?
