The past 4 days we have not been able to make calls abroad. We had an issue with this in the beginning as a new customer which suddenly started working and now a different issue persists.
When calling north cyprus we get a message saying "oops you might want to check that number and try again" the number we use to call north cyprus is 0090392 (then the landline number we are calling) this has always been the same never different. Why is this message occurring? We can call UK landline and mobile numbers just fine so it is not an issue on our end and it is not a technical issue with our hub. Can this be looked into on virgin media's end please?
Thank you for your post, and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm very sorry to hear you're having a spot of bother trying to make international calls lately. Just to clarify before we proceed, is this from a Virgin Media landline or from a Virgin Mobile handset?
Hi thank you for your reply it is from a Virgin Media Landline tried to call abroad again today but I get the same message. However UK calls work perfectly fine its just the international calls which has stopped working.
