Calling 150 from O2

Recently Virgin put me on their Volt package. I had a virgin media phone and now Ive been moved to O2. With Virgin I could dial 150 to contact Virgin now O2 wont let me. I was told that O2 would give me more GB of data but other services would remain the same. 

Is there another free number to phone instead of 150?

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are no longer able to dial 150 from your Mobile.

Sadly we don't have a freephone number. The 0345 454 1111 is charged the same as a landline number. 

When did you sign up for the Volt Deal? 

Any extra data, speeds etc cab take up to 14 days to be applied.

signed up beginning of June. All's well except Virgin now want to charge me for phoning them. I also have a landline...but thats not working hence requirement to phone. Problem is they take about 20 minutes to answer phone

Pretty sure if you're on Volt and you dial 202 via your O2 SIM which is the short dial number for O2 customer services, there is an option on there to talk about the cable services too.

I have just checked and can see we have an area fault with Telephone services.

This is due to be fixed today 20/07/22 at 18:15.

It is logged under reference number F009976326

You can pop back on here for an update if needed.
