Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your caller display services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. I have refreshed the Caller Display on our side and it is showing as active now - before it was set to inactive.
Please try calling your landline to see if it works, sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for it to fully process though.
