Please help, new BT Advance Z Quad wireless phones the caller display is not working, and I don't know what to do.
The phone is connected to the Virgin router and are fully functional including Call Guardian, but the Caller display just does not work.
Do I have to do something, or is it a facility that has to be activated by Virgin.?

I do not have a mobile 'phone or app. I really do not understand and do not know where to look. Would appreciate hearing from you or from other Virgin Customers in the Community please. So on the right hand side of your (computer) screen, you should see a small envelope which will invite you to a private message sent by our agent.
Or on your phone, it would be at the to right corner.
