Caller display not working

Please help, new BT Advance Z Quad wireless phones the caller display is not working, and I don't know what to do.

The phone is connected to the Virgin router and are fully functional including Call Guardian, but the Caller display just does not work.

Do I have to do something, or is it a facility that has to be activated by Virgin.?

Sure not a problem at all, how does Friday 5th 12pm - 4pm suit?

Thanks for reaching back out to us. Apologies that you are having issues with your caller display, in order to resolve this we would need to bring you in for a private message. 

Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

Sabrina_B   Roger123 here. I am elderly and relatively new to Virgin Media. For once can you please EXPLAIN what you mean by 'please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser'? I do not have a mobile 'phone or app. I really do not understand and do not know where to look. Would appreciate hearing from you or from other Virgin Customers in the Community please. So on the right hand side of your (computer) screen, you should see a small envelope which will invite you to a private message sent by our agent.
Or on your phone, it would be at the to right corner.
