Caller display not working after landline fixed at exchange

After a couple of weeks of being down due to a problem in the exchange, my phone line is now working again, however I realised after a few calls that I no longer have caller display from any callers, irrespective of their location in the UK or abroad.

From my experience of the line being down, I know that the call queues are so long that it's not worth calling, so I would ask that it can be picked up by Virgin staff here - should be easier than phone support?

Hello there I had a friend with a phone issue and they were moved in the exchange due to intermittent fault their caller was not available for until the next day after 24 hours

Thanks, but it's been 4-5 days already, so I assume it needs switching on again.

Link to original issue, caller ID is still not working for both UK and international calls.
