Caller Line ID is not working after repair

My home phone line was recently repaired. The engineer told me that there was an exchange fault and that he had moved my number to a different block. Now Caller Line ID is not working

Sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your landline 

 

Is your landline provided via the hub or the traditional wall socket?

It defiantly sounds like there is a fault on the line. 

 

I am going to pop you over a PM so that I can take a further look into it.
