Since Friday 5th Feb my caller ID has stopped working it only shows incoming call. I have spoken to Virgin and they advise me it is working alright there end. Any ideas as this is an important feature when answering calls

I am very sorry to hear the Caller ID feature is not working for you.
Have you tested a different handset to ensure that this is not an equipment error?
Also, could you please advise if you have made any changes to the package recently and ensured all cables leading to the equipment are secure without damage?
All handsets have been tested, we haven't made any changes to our package and all cables are okay.
I spoke to virgin today and they haven't a clue why it doesn't work.
Worked up to 3rd Feb then lost on 4th Feb okay again on 5th Feb but hasn't worked since then
