Caller ID

People not being able to get through on my landline was recently (about 3/4 weeks ago) sorted, but I now seem to have no caller ID on the phone. Helpfully it just states 'incoming call', which is fairly obvious as the phone is ringing! Could somebody please restore this as it's useful to avoid scammers.
