Following on from yesterdays post from which I heard nothing from the faults team I once again invested in an afternoon of trying to get something sorted.
After speaking to the original person for an eternity I was put on hold once again for the faults team. After an age of no answer I gave up. I simply would like an engineer to visit me and sort out the line, even this seems impossible.
I have twice completed the online complaints form which works well up until you try to submit it, this is the point where nothing happens.
