Caller ID

My phone was fixed the other week for not letting me receive calls i have realised none of the incoming calls even phonebook id's aren't showing. Which button do i press please?

Do you have caller ID added to your account, it's not a standard feature with Virgin and normally needs to be added as an extra

Could you confirm i your phone is connected to the Broadband Hub or a Wall Socket please.
