Caller ID has stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I have tried another telephone but still not working

All fixed now. Sorry could not reply before have been busy

Caller ID has stopped working again on 19th Feb. I think it will need an engineer to reset the power again in the box. It was a power failure last time
