Caller ID

Hi, I had my home phone line fixed over 6 weeks ago after it went dead.This turned out to be a problem in the street cabinet and was resolved quite quickly. My Caller ID has not worked since. I did speak to one of your colleagues over 2 weeks ago and he said he would pass my details on, NO word since. I rely on service to stop cold callers and have struggled to speak to someone at your customer help centre since.
