Hi, My caller ID stopped working on Thursday 30th September; there were also some faults reported in this area at that time, certainly broadband related. but I think there was also a fault with the phone service too. I have had the phone for a few years and it has worked fine. From reading other posts on the site it appears that this is a common problem which is fixed fairly quickly. So if there is someone out there who can help it would be much appreciated.
