My caller ID has stopped working since a service outage a month or two back. I have rang technical support line a number of timers and spend a few hours on hold and speaking to more than 5 different people - but with no success. I also sent a complaint and was informed that complaint was resolved as Caller ID is not available in my area. This is not really satisfactory as I have had this service for a number of years before the outage - and also it has worked for one day in the meantime. I see that this seems a common problem after faults (from other posts) and that it is usually resolved. Any advice would be greatly received

Sorry to hear about the caller Id going missing
For some reason this can occur after faults in the area
It's an easy fix though, we just need to arrange for a service engineer to come out
I am more than happy to take a look at this for you
