Caller ID stopped working & nuisance calls

Hi,

The Caller ID function seems to have stopped working on my home phone. It was working fine until recently. Its become more of an issue as I seem to be getting daily nuisance calls from people claiming to be from "Virgin Media Tech dept" about my broadband speed. The only reason I'm answering these costs is due to no caller ID so I don't know if it is a genuine call or not.

Can anyone help?

I've found your details using the information we have on here and have made sure that the Caller ID feature is active on your telephone line. Can you test it and let me know whether it works now?
