Caller ID not working

Just joined

Hi, Caller ID has stopped working on my home phone and this seems to be the best way to contact Virgin Media.

Can you advise what I need to do to get this reinstated?

Sorry to hear of the issues with caller ID not working on your landline currently and that you've been unable to reach out to our faults team at 0345 454 1111 or our other support channels found here so far to help with this.

Could you please advise if your landline connects via your hub or the wall socket?
If via the hub, would you be able to try a reboot of the hub and see if this clears out the caller ID issue?

Also, can you make and receive calls and do you have a dial tone in general?

Ours has stopped working when we changed contracts on 5th sept, its through the wall socket bought new phones still the same !!
