Caller ID not working

Hello, first time posting on this board so I hope someone can help me. Some maintenance work was carried out in the TF2 area of Telford a few weeks ago, and unfortunately since then Caller ID is no longer working on my phone. I understand this can often happen after maintenance is carried out and I'm hoping my line just needs a basic refresh. If this could be arranged I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

Sorry to hear of the issues with the Caller ID since the local area maintenance.

Would you mind if I ask whether your lack of caller id got sorted out only I have had the same happen to me, no display for about ten days.

Delighted to report my Caller ID issue has now been resolved and is working normally again. I was pleased an engineer visited just before Christmas. He had what sounded like a frustrating phone call with someone in India who said my Caller ID was active, even though it still wasn't working at my end. The engineer said he'd have to speak to a manager who would be able to manually reactivate CID. I wasn't expecting this to happen very quickly with it being the holiday, but I noticed yesterday it was working again!

I hope you get your Caller ID problem sorted too, as it is a very useful feature to have.

Pleased we were able to get this sorted in a very quick time frame, at obviously a very busy time of year!
