I recently had a problem with my landline, no dial tone and no incoming or outgoing calls. An engineer came and they said the was a problem with the box in the street and would need another engineer. A few days later the problem was fixed, however since then the phone doesn’t ring properly keeps stopping so no sound even though the caller is still calling and the phones no longer show the caller ID even though it worked ok before. I have turned the phones base unit off and on but makes no difference.
