Caller ID not working

Hi VM.

HI VM

I am having problems on my home landline phone, caller display has suddenly stopped working about three weeks ago. Everything else on the landlines/ broadband etc is working fine.

I would appreciate it if you can get it checked out. Thank you

Re: Caller ID not working

Hello @Wayne189sm,

Welcome back! Thanks for posting.

I am sorry to see that your caller ID has stopped working.

Have you got your landline phone connected to your Hub? Or the socket on the wall?

Many thanks,

Hayley

Re: Caller ID not working

The phone is plugged into a socket, not the hub. The system was working perfectly but has stopped and nothing has changed on my set up.
