Caller ID not working

Home phone not ringing or accepting calls since Sat 26th Dec, engineer out yesterday,  fault was sorted. However the caller ID is now not working, and when I check call history it comes up as "No number". All names and numbers are still in the handset memories, all 3 handsets all without caller I'D. 

Any help would be great thanks

Hi Evelyn5,

 

Welcome to our forums and thank you for posting about your landline issue. I'm sorry that the Caller ID feature has been removed following an engineer visit, I can certainly take a look at this for you.


It appears that Caller ID was inactive on the switch by mistake. I've gone ahead and rectified this, so it should all be working now. Could you please test and let me know if you're having any further problems?
