Had an engineer come on saturday last as i had no dialling tone. Said it was a fault in the box down the road. It is now working but has no caller id, just says incoming call. Is there anyway to fix this?

Can you please advise me if this is still an on going issue or is this has now been solved?
If we're still on going it may require a technician to visit the cabinet
It has now been sorted, apparently it was just a flag that had been disabled
