Caller ID and out of action time

Had problem with home phone - no dialling tone. Engineer sorted that - great. Then couldn’t receive calls. Another engineer sorted that - great. Now no caller ID! Numerous calls etc over nearly two weeks from first issue and got refund for 2 days only! Not good. Certainly strengthening my decision to move!

They wouldnt give you a full refund as its only 1 service affected.  Dont forget Most other providers would charge you around £80 for those 2 callouts
