Caller ID and no 1471

When our phone line went down, they have since been repaired, we have had no caller ID or 1471 any suggestions?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

Sorry to hear of the phone fault and I'll be more than happy to assist in getting this sorted.

 

Just running through a fault diagnostic as no known issues, can you check the following;

 

Has setting the telephone to “Tone” resolved the issue?

Are you able to let us know how your landline is connected, is this via the hub or via the hub?
