I had issues with my landline not accepting incoming calls, which has now been rectified.
However, caller ID and 1471 don't seem to be working now.
Can someone check this please?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline.
Please could you let me know how your landline connected? Is it via the traditional wall socket or via the hub?
It's via the wall socket.
