Had an engineer out today to fix our landline (stopped working out and in) which he fixed.
However our caller ID no longer works, every call we get just shows as 'external'. With 1471 it just says "sorry, the requested service is not available from this line". Both of which worked before our line stopped working.

Hi anTastico, I am sorry to hear that you are still having issues with the call features on the landline and this is not the experience which we want you to have with us. Have you since managed to get this resolved? If not, we have sent you a private message to allow this to be looked into. Chris.
