Caller ID & Withheld blocking

I have had an ongoing landline phone fault where there have been several attempts to fix the issue.

The latest fix has now left me with no anonymous caller block, no caller id and no 1471.

Called 150 and the virgin guy told me it all looks ok on his system, it should be working and ran a test? 

Any ideas?

Is there any virgin team member willing to continue trying to resolve this issue? Not sure what has happened to the two I've been pm'ing?

My argument was that my details had already been given and an engineer had made a visit, so why would I need to provide them again.
