Caller ID Not Working

Caller ID stopped working on 19/11/20. Called VM who ran tests and said it must be my phone that has the issue. Worked well for the past 10+ years so why would it suddenly stop?

I have a Panadonic DECT phone which allows caller display.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you have been having issues with Caller ID, were you able to try this on another handset?

Yes,  we have 5 handsets and neither display caller ID

Hi, yes they are all Panasonic DECT phones

Thanks for replying, I'll contact our second line faults team for landline to check the switch. Unfortunately this may take a bit longer due to holiday hours, but I'll provide an update once I receive an update.

Thanks for waiting, TraceyBee.

 

They have confirmed that the line is provisioned [the feature is switched on] for Caller ID. I've got them to reset it, if you are able to test after 30 mins to see if that helped.

I have tried calling our home phone and caller ID is still not working 🤔

Any suggestions?

As 2nd line faults has stated that it is on at the switch. If you have a non-panasonic handset, you could try those but  I've got a tech visit booked for you on Friday, 08-JAN, 8-12. You can view or reschedule this from your online account with this link
